2. Network Flight Restrictions

Operating entities are prohibited from using this 24-hour transmission gateway to organize flood network saturation strikes, execute remote script injections on foreign cloud systems, or violate closed target firewalls. Outbound packet payload data remains the legal liability of the end-point client.

3. Operator Age Restrictions (17+)
